Over fifty white tea buds enclose an inner red clover. Each blossom is then scented over the course of six nights with summer Jasmine. Once steeped in water, the individual buds open to form the petals of an underwater daisy with a red chrysanthemum at its center.

Blossoming teas are sold by weight. Two ounces includes 5-8 blossoms. Four ouncesincludes 10-16 blossoms.

Blossoming tea is easy to brew! Just add one blossom to a large mug or teapot, and brew in hot water until it opens. Youll want to use a glass vessel so you can watch the tea unfurl.
