Thenatural flavor of these flowers is bright and fruity, with the distinct aroma of apricots in a sweet and honey-like base. Brewed solo, thebold balance offloral and fruity flavors can be a nice alternative to soothing chamomile, with a strong taste that’s never bitter. But these potent flowersalsowork wellto flavor mixed tea beverages or cocktails.

While herbal tisanes can be brewed with boiling water, we find that a temperature closer to 180F preserves the more delicate floral nuances of the infusion, resulting in a more satisfying brew.
