Round ginseng roots, grown a minimum of 6 years before harvesting in Wisconsin, USA. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, American ginseng is used as an adaptogen and yin energy booster. Available whole or sliced, and in two grades: small roots and premium large roots.

We slice our ginseng from whole roots. Sliced ginseng contains a mix of whole slices and root ends.

Brewing Guide

Ginseng is rewarding and easy to brew. Simply add a few slices to a mug of hot water and enjoy. When the water gets low, top up to enjoy multiple infusions. Unlike tea, ginseng is not overly sensitive to heat, so we recommend boiling water. Alternatively, you can get creative by using ginseng as a culinary ingredient!

Ginseng is a potent stimulant and should be enjoyed in moderation.
